In spite of the dire predictions for our economy, buyers are jumping back into the market. Buyers with secure jobs and a down payment recognize the opportunities that abound in today's marketplace. People tell me they are tired of putting their lives on hold and are ready to find a home. Last week generated wonderful news for interest rates. The government is doing everything they can to stimulate the flow of mortgage money. Firsttime
homebuyer tax credits and the reduction in jumbo loan limits at the end of this year are also motivating buyers.
